The security of your information and transactions is top priority.  Our GEOTRUST secure ordering automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) Digital Certificate with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available). 

Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, and COD are all accepted as methods of payment.  COD is only available using UPS as a shipping method.  Shipping via USPS 1st class mail is $2, and usually takes 1 to 4 days, will cover all the continental USA.

All billing to credit cards will show "Iona", a company owned by Esmeralda O'Sheehan.

All orders are shipped within 24 hours.  Most are shipped same day, if the order is received before 2pm (PST)

The shopping cart checkout procedure is programmed to prevent multiple persons from buying the same set of grips.  All attempts are made to update photos and grips daily.  If a purchase of a set of grips is attempted, and those grips were sold within the last 2 hours, the shopping cart will indicate this, thereby preventing completion of the sale.  This prevents multiple sales of the same grips online.
